Visual Journeys.
My art and sculpture blend aesthetic philosophies, from Aristotelian and Platonic to organic forms and sustainable design. I take a multidisciplinary approach, merging art, philosophy, and architecture to blur boundaries and create a dialogue between form and function.
Poet.
My poetry acts as a mirror, reflecting different parts of my mind. Using uncommon words, I convey my view of the world—sometimes clear, sometimes elusive. Inspired by Poetry Writing (CREA S-30) with Professor Stephanie Burt at the Harvard Secondary Summer Program, I’ve since crafted over 20 poems.
Volunteer.
Guided visitors through four exhibitions, explaining artworks and sculptures while gaining insights from artists.
Research.
Under the guidance of Artist Noh Sang Kyoon, I examined the connection between art, sculpture, and philosophy, arguing that the 'foreground' of an artwork serves as a dynamic layer pointing to Platonic eidos (forms). I presented my research at the 2024 Scholars Circle Research Summit to fellow students and professors.
Personal Project.
EnviroSense is a personal project I developed for my school—a comprehensive air quality management system featuring over 10,000 lines of code that integrates CO2 and PM sensors with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). To combat severe air pollution in Incheon, I implemented this system in my school and local preschools for automatic air quality management. I showcased EnviroSense at the World Invention Creativity Olympics, where I won the Gold Medal.

Activities.
Sports.
Hockey and skiing have shaped my life. After an injury ended my junior skiing career, I switched to ice hockey. As captain of the Korean National Representative Team and Incheon City Ice Hockey Team, I achieved:
Champion at the 2023 National Ice Hockey Suwon Mayor’s Cup
Captain at the 2022 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament
Vice Captain at the 2021 and 2020 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournaments
Despite tough competition, we remain focused on winning a title.
